Sinagra is a modern, family-oriented suburb in the City of Wanneroo, located around 24km north of Perth’s CBD and overlooking Lake Joondalup and the Yellagonga Regional Park. It’s one of the area’s newer suburbs, having grown substantially over the last 10–15 years as new housing estates were developed on what was previously semi-rural land — and it continues to attract young families and first-home buyers thanks to its relatively affordable, modern housing and proximity to both Wanneroo town centre and Joondalup.
